I know they are doing it in London where they are going to show all 6 in sucession.
It will probably happen in the larger cities. I nkonw there is talk of it here in Nashville.

If they put the 6 movie run in either of the IMAX theaters we have, that would possibly be enough to get me to go see them again in the thearter.

We have a 36" television that we are only a couple feet away from due to the poor design of the main room. We have a 5.1 system installed in the room as well.
The idea is once we find amore permanent place we desire to stay - the TV gets bumped up to a projection screen.
And there is a good reason I stopped going to movie theaters. Even on the smaller screen, I still enjoy watching them at home over getting out to watch them

I'm just doing what I did when Episode II came out. Going to the matinee showing on the first day it's out. It worked perfectly, wheile everyone was waiting in long lines to get tickets, camping out at the Chinese Theatre and all, we just went to the 11:00 AM film..and walked right in, and enjoyed the film in a relatively uncrowded theatre. [img]smile.gif[/img]
heh.. I got mine either Friday or Saturday of last week.. Keeping them close and safe for the time being. Surprisingly enough they weren't sold out either. I guess the hype has died because of how people thought EI or II sucked. I remember EI sold out the day they started selling tickets here (I would know, I got paid by my boss at the time to sit in line with a co worker and buy our whole business's tickets to go (we were all geeks))

And yes, I am a geek and a freak, but I figure, hell, this is the last Star Wars movie supposed to be made for the big screen (which I'd like to think Lucas would change his mind and make the last 3) so I figure I'd go out of the park a little so to speak and dress up for the occassion slightly.
Well, I could always dress as the emperor.. Errr.. I mean pope.. [img]tongue.gif[/img]
I'm going as an Ewok.
if I can find a suit small enough...
